We want you to love your Squishable items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
